 يمكنكم طلب أى منتجات أخرى ليست متوفرة بالموقع وسنبلغكم بتكلفتها الاجمالية وستصلكم فى أى مكان داخل او خارج مصر

 فى حالة اعادة اى منتج او تلسكوب يشترط خلال يومين بداية من وقت الشراء وبيتم خصم 10% من قيمتة سواء فى حالة الارجاع النهائى او لشراء موديل اخر ، وفى حالة سوء الاستخدام من العميل ووجود تلف بأى جزء بالمنتج بيتم زيادة الخصم حسب مقدار التلف وتقييم الشركة ، وفى حالة ارجاع المنتج بعد مرور يومين يحق للشركة عدم ارجاعة او الموافقة على الارجاع مع خصم النسبة المئوية الاساسية الموضحة مسبقا بالاضافة لخصم 3% من قيمة المنتج لكل يوم زيادة (يحتسب بعد مرور يومين من الشراء) ، وغير مسموح بارجاع المنتجات الالكترونية والكتب

In case of returning any product or telescope, it is required within two days from the time of purchase, and 10% of its amount will be deducted, whether in the case of a final return or to purchase another model. In case of misuse by the customer and damage to any part of the product, the discount will be increased according to the amount of damage and the company’s evaluation. In case of returning the product after two days, the company has the right not to return it or to approve the return with a deduction of the basic percentage previously stated in addition to a deduction of 3% of the product’s amount for each additional day (calculated after two days of purchase)

Electronic products and books are not permitted to be returned
