 فى حالة اعادة اى منتج او تلسكوب يشترط خلال يومين بداية من وقت الشراء وبيتم خصم 15% من قيمتة فى حالة التبديل بموديل اخر اعلى سعرا او خصم 25% فى حالة الارجاع فقط او لشراء موديل اقل سعرا ، وفى حالة سوء الاستخدام من العميل ووجود تلف بأى جزء بالمنتج بيتم زيادة الخصم 5% او اكثر على حسب مقدار التلف وتقييم الشركة ، وفى حالة ارجاع المنتج بعهد مرور يومين حيق للشركة عدم ارجاعة او الموافقة على الارجاع مع خصم اكثر من أخ% من قيمة المنتج بناءا على عدد الايام بعد يوم الشراء ، وغير مسموح بارجاع المنتجات الالكترونية والكتب

In case of returning any product or telescope, it is required within two days from the time of purchase, and a 15% discount will be deducted from its amount in case of an exchange for another, higher-priced model, or a 25% discount in case of a return only or to purchase a lower-priced model. In case of misuse by the customer and damage to any part of the product, the discount will be increased by 5% or more depending on the amount of damage and the company’s evaluation. In case of returning the product within two days, the company has the right not to return it or to approve the return with a discount of more than 25% of the product’s amount based on the number of days after the day of purchase. Electronic products and books are not allowed to be returned
